Gabriel Brown
Gabriel Brown is the creative director for G-Innovated, the codename created to express his ability to create and design his own visionary idea. Creativity and tenacity have always been strong components of Gabriel’s character which has fostered his passionate desire to start his own project development company.
Gabriel earned a degree in Architectural Design and 3D modeling from Anthem College in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked with the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department for over 15 years.
Gabriel’s 24 years of experience in AutoCAD has earn achievements in project design for both the University of Arizona and Arizona State University.

James B. Wright Jr
James Wright is the visionary and founder of WYGD “What You Gonna Do?” a motivational speaking, life skills and mentoring program. He has developed this unique curriculum to help young people transition from high school into the adult world with success, pride, and skill sets that are necessary to survive and succeed in the real world.
James has a well-rounded educational background from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Milwaukee Area Technical College, and the Azusa Business Institute.
He also developed a program designed for 8th grades called “The Bridge”. The program was designed to help students transition from 8th grade to H.S. Mr. Wright was also fortunate to work with The AZ Department of Corrections for adult male offenders residing at the Maricopa Reentry Center. He created a Re-entry program called “The Next 24, helping transition lives to the next level of life”. The program was designed to help be a solution to recidivism by helping offenders make better decision, choices and think about life in a way that they can be productive citizens and still be successful in life.

Veronica Griffin
Veronica Griffin is an entrepreneur and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience. She is a retired US Navy veteran who holds an MBA with a concentration in finance. She has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations and innovative projects. As an analytical and conceptual thinker, Veronica effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations.
Veronica’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. She is particularly skilled at helping organizations increase revenue, cut costs and develop good business practices not only for their external customers, but, employees as well.


Teddy Hotchkins
Jessica Marquez
Teddy Hotchkins (CEO) & Jessica Marquez, both founders and owners of Let it ride A2Z. The couple had the opportunity to work together in the Behavioral health field with a combined number of 35 years in both medical and behavioral health services, servicing all types of mental health for the men and women of our military. Within their 35 years of experience in the field, they would go onto receiving specialized training in the areas of customer service and verbal de-escalation techniques that would be used to help aid in the recovery of the patients care and progress of their diagnosis. Teddy would go on to being an instructor for several years and help teach other staff how to de-escalate hostile individuals, just to name a few of their specialized trainings. After their dedication of hard sweat and tears, they both decided to leave their full-time job to pursue their career in becoming owners of Let it ride A2Z.
